Return and Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Thogreoneubrex, we are committed to providing high-quality UX/UI design education. We understand that circumstances change, and we have created this policy to address enrollment cancellations and refund requests fairly.

Your statutory rights. This policy is in addition to (and does not replace) your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). If you are a consumer acquiring our services for personal or domestic use, the CGA gives you guarantees (including that services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill and will be fit for purpose). If we fail to meet those guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, replacement, or compensation, regardless of the time limits in this policy. Full Refund Period

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment:

  • More than 7 days before the course start date
  • Within 48 hours of enrollment if the course starts more than 7 days away

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Partial Refund

A 50% refund is available if you cancel:

  • Between 7 days and 48 hours before the course start date

This covers administrative costs associated with preparing course materials and securing your spot.

No Refund Situations

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of the course start date
  • After the course has commenced
  • For students who have been dismissed due to policy violations
  • If promotional discounts or special offers were applied (see individual offer terms)

Course Transfer

If you cannot attend your scheduled course, you may request a transfer to a future cohort:

  • One transfer is permitted free of charge per enrollment
  • Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original course start date
  • Transferred enrollments must be used within 12 months

Course Cancellation by Us

If Thogreoneubrex cancels a course for any reason:

  • You will receive a full refund within 5 business days
  • Alternatively, you may transfer to the next available cohort
  • We will notify you as soon as possible if a course is cancelled

Free Retake Policy

All courses include one free retake within 12 months of completion. This is not a refund option but allows you to strengthen your skills at no additional cost.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or course transfer:

  • Email us at relations@thogreoneubrex.world with your name, course name, and enrollment date
  • Call us at +64 9 360 0338 during business hours
  • Visit our studio at 338 Ponsonby Road, Auckland

Please include your reason for the request, though this is optional.

Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you have a unique situation that falls outside this policy, please contact us. We review each case individually and aim to find a fair solution. Where the Consumer Guarantees Act applies and our service has not met the statutory guarantees, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy (such as refund or re-supply of the service) in accordance with the Act.
