Introduction

Thogreoneubrex ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you enroll in our UX/UI design courses or use our website at thogreoneubrex.ddd.

We comply with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand) and the Information Privacy Principles (IPPs) set out in that Act. This policy describes our practices in a way that is clear and accessible, as recommended by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Legal Basis and Purpose of Collection

When we collect your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to ensure you are aware of:

  • Why the information is being collected
  • Who will receive it (including any third parties or overseas recipients — see "Overseas Disclosure" below)
  • Whether provision of the information is voluntary or compulsory (e.g. contact details are required for enrollment; marketing consent is voluntary)
  • What happens if you do not provide the information (e.g. we may not be able to process your enrollment or provide the service)

We only collect information that is necessary for a lawful purpose connected with our functions or activities.
